Some of the back end stuff....

We Guarantee our services and our printers 100%. But there are some limitations. If you have any sort of issue let us know and we will work hard to get it resolved. Here are some examples of possible issues and how we plan to handle them... and as always there are new and unusual things that pop up.

Our order cancellation policy. Well if it is not our fault we can 't be left holding the bill so that is your pain. Sorry but I hope you can understand.

Bad Artwork... If you submit the art and you don't like it then it is your fault. Once again you can't hold us for your stupidity. If you are not sure about the art let us know and we can review your design and even print a sample. There is additional cost for both of these. Remember we really make the money on the design, not the printing although we do make a small bit on the printing, just enough to pay for some of the overhead. If we notice something we will let you know, we don't look at all submitted art.

Bad printing on our end.... Well then we will give you the choice of a reprint or cash back (card if that is what you paid with) These are gang runs printed in large batch format so the cut lines/ bleed areas are important. AND note: a change in humidity will shift the color of ink as well as paint so colors are VERY close, but sometimes a little off. For the color issue this will be dealt with by sending us a sample with the pantone color and we will look to see how close it is and if it is bad then we will eat the cost, or reprint at no charge (not even shipping) but if it is your art issue then you eat it. Sorry we are not Wal Mart... Actually they don't even take everything back anymore.

as from our printer:

The Guarantee of Color and Exact Color Matching
Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a "pleasing color" variation between color proofs and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. We do not guarantee an exact color match to the art submitted. If the art is submitted as a any color mode other than CMYK we will convert the color mode to CMYK. If there is a color shift we are not responsible for that color shift.
We will not offer credit or a refund for non-matching colors or color shifts. Files submitted at 300 dpi (dots per inch) CMYK .tifs (Tagged Image Format) are more likely to color match than a 300dpi .jpg (Joint Photographers Explorer Group) file submitted in RGB color mode. If files are submitted in any other format than 300dpi CMYK .tifs our prepress will convert the files and there will be color shifting. We are not liable for color shifts and will not offer credits or refunds.

13. Inkjet Proofs
Inkjet and laser prints are known to look substantially different than offset printing. We offer quick turnaround and low prices by printing to a "pleasing color" standard, using standard ink densities. There is no guarantee that your finished piece will match your printed sample. This is due to the varying results from different output devices including inkjet printers, continuous tone proofing devices, and film-based proofs.

OUR tagged printing.

We often offer discounts or free printing if you allow us to tag it (put our info on it) We also do some cross promotion where we will print your stuff on one side and some one else's on the other. In this case both parities will approve the others art before printing. This will cut your printing cost, however it will add time and potential headache.

Hope this helps and as always we are working on the content of the site so check back as we will be adding more stuff here. If you have any suggestions or concerns let us know, maybe they will end up here before we ever have an issue.
